Lisa Wallace

General Counsel/ Chief Administrative Officer

Lisa L. Wallace joined SitusAMC in 2017 as its General Counsel. She joined SitusAMC with over 20 years in the mortgage banking and default servicing industry. Prior to joining SitusAMC, Ms. Wallace held a managing attorney position of the New York-based offices of a regional mortgage banking law firm. There, she focused on regulatory compliance, creditor’s rights, high-profile litigation matters, and development of processes, procedures and exception reporting to manage loan file pipelines in excess of 20,000 files. Her experience in the industry spans across the areas of regulatory compliance, title litigation, default servicing, foreclosure and bankruptcy, due diligence, REO, eviction and loss mitigation.

Ms. Wallace's undergraduate degree is from New York University, where she graduated cum laude and as a recipient of the Founder's Day Award. Ms. Wallace received her Juris Doctorate from St. John's University School of Law. While there, she was a Dean's List and CALI Award for Excellence recipient. Ms. Wallace was a winner of the Walter J. McKenna Writing Competition, and served as Articles Editor for the New York Litigator, a commercial litigation periodical published through the New York State Bar Association. She is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of New York and Connecticut.
