Jon Gerretsen

Jon Gerretsen serves as Managing Director of Residential New Originations and Fulfillment Services at SitusAMC. In his role, Jon’s focus is expanding SitusAMC’s Credit Services division as well as building out a dedicated Fulfillment Operations product suite. Mr. Gerretsen previously spent 15 months in a consulting role within SitusAMC and assumed his current position in October of 2020.

Before joining SitusAMC, Jon was with Altisouce for 3 years where he served as President and CEO of Altisource Fulfillment Operations. Prior to Altisource, Mr. Gerretsen spent 8 years with NYCB Mortgage Company, (formerly known as AmTrust Bank), as Director of Residential Mortgage Operation.

Mr. Gerretsen’s experience also includes being at Citimortgage (Citi) for 6 years where he held a variety of position, including National Sales Director for Citi’s Prime Bulk Wall Street Channel, Director of Production for Correspondent Lending and Director of Retail Branch Lending for Citibank.

Prior to Citi, Mr. Gerretsen was with New York based KPMG Financial Services Division where he managed national teams focused on Business Operations Performance, M&A diagnostics, and Vendor Technology Evaluation and Implementation.
