John Wadle

John Wadle is the Director of the Consulting and Advisory team at SitusAMC, which also includes Servicing Quality Control and Advance Verification business lines. Mr. Wadle leads team of talented professionals focused on providing guidance to inform clients’ tactical implementation and maintenance of business operations to ensure compliance and leverage industry best practices. 

Mr. Wadle originally joined SitusAMC in March 2017 and brings 20 years of experience in mortgage servicing compliance and quality control. Prior to joining SitusAMC, he was Vice President at Stewart Lender Services, and a Due Diligence Manager at Allonhill where he was responsible for leading the servicing quality control department along with managing various servicing oversight and consulting projects. While at Stewart and Allonhill, Mr. Wadle led the development and growth of core servicing offerings for key clients, while also heading system integration and development around servicing quality control. Prior to Allonhill, he was Default Operations Manager at Residential Credit Solutions handling special servicing business needs relating to business analytics, strategies, reporting and investor/vendor relations with a focus in default and loss mitigation. He began his career with Homecomings Financial/GMAC spanning many facets of mortgage banking including borrower correspondence, special servicing, and call center management.
