Justin Vedder

Justin Vedder joined SitusAMC in 2021 to lead the firm’s newly formed Insurance business, Securent, providing comprehensive risk management solutions including including Loan Defect Insurance (LDI) and Mortgage Application Fraud Insurance that protect mortgage lenders, investors, RMBS issuers, warehouse lenders, and other mortgage market participants from liabilities and losses associated with errors, omissions, or fraud introduced in the manufacturing process.

Mr. Vedder has over 20 years of experience in mortgage banking and insurance, with deep expertise in specialized mortgage insurance products and business development in the areas of fulfillment, title, construction, loan origination, single-family rental, valuations, and Representation and Warranty insurance.

Prior to joining SitusAMC, Mr. Vedder served as the Senior Vice President of National Sales, at Altisource where he was instrumental in growing the Origination Solutions customer base and driving long-term strategic client relationships. In addition, he was the Chief Executive Officer of CastleLine where he assisted in the development and launch of the Certified Loan Program.

Prior to CastleLine, Mr. Vedder launched and managed the mortgage banking division at Arthur J. Gallagher, a large insurance brokerage.

Known as a thought leader in the industry, Mr. Vedder speaks nationally on topics including mortgage fraud, non-QM lending, loan production and defects, repurchase management, auditing of lenders, insurance, and mortgage banking-related matters.
