Brook Tretter

Brook Tretter is a seasoned sales executive with over two decades of experience in the real estate technology sector. She serves as the Managing Director of Residential Revenue at SitusAMC. In this role, Ms. Tretter oversees sales and business development for the Residential Real Estate division, focusing on revenue growth, client expansion, and customer satisfaction. 

Prior to joining SitusAMC, Tretter spent over 18 years at Cotality (formerly CoreLogic), a private equity-owned real estate information services organization. Most recently, she held the position of Senior Vice President and Head of North America Sales in Cotality's Insurance division. Under her leadership, the team achieved more than $35 million in annual growth and maintained a 96% client retention rate, culminating in over $154 million in revenue.   

Tretter's career is marked by her ability to lead high-performing sales teams, develop comprehensive sales strategies, and foster strong client relationships. Her achievements have been recognized with accolades such as Sales Leader of the Year in 2021 and inclusion in Cotality's Circle of Excellence. 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from California State University, San Bernardino, and has completed the KPMG Executive Leadership Program. Additionally, she pursued Cultural and Foreign Language Studies at the University of Madrid, Spain.
