Jonathan Kendrick

Jonathan Kendrick serves as Senior Director leading SitusAMC’s Real Estate Valuation Services division for Europe & APAC. He has over 15 years of experience in valuation, valuation management and consulting in the real estate industry, becoming a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2007 and is also an RICS Registered. 

Since joining SitusAMC in 2018, Mr. Kendrick has assisted fund and lender clients establish and improve valuation procedures and best practice. This has included reviewing valuations across a broad range of asset classes, including industrial, office, retail, hotel, development, student housing, healthcare, data centres and self storage. Mr.Kendrick also helped establish our loan valuation business, setting up procedures and assisting in the creation of our proprietary valuation model used to value loans on behalf of debt funds and lenders.  

Prior to joining SitusAMC, Mr. Kendrick worked as a valuer at Knight Frank, dealing with a variety of property types and acting for pension funds, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS), open and closed end equity funds, banks, mezzanine lenders and private individuals. 

Primarily working with institutional fund clients and international banks, Mr. Kendrick’s experience has focused on the valuation and management of large portfolios across Europe and the United Kingdom, with additional experience in Asia.
