Gavin Williams serves as Senior Vice President of SitusAMC’s Primary Servicing Team. Mr Williams has over 20 years of experience in Loan Servicing, acting as; Primary Servicer, Facility Agent and Security Agent. Prior to joining Situs, Mr. Williams has worked for GMAC, Capmark and CBRE Loan Servicing. He has great knowledge of the more complex CRE Loan structures including; Loan on Loan, Opco/Propco, Construction/Development as well as sale and leaseback.
