SitusAMC Names New Leads Across CRE Servicing & Asset Management Division

New York, NY (07.11.2022) – SitusAMC, the leading provider of innovative, trusted solutions supporting the entire lifecycle of real estate finance, announced leadership changes across the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Servicing & Asset Management (SAM) division. Tim Mazzetti, who previously led the firm’s SAM division, has been elevated to Executive Vice Chairman of commercial real estate (CRE), and will focus on business development and strategic client relationships across the breadth of SitusAMC’s CRE practice. Mazzetti will continue reporting to Anne Jablonski, Executive Managing Director and Head of CRE. The SAM division will be led by three veteran professionals overseeing key delivery areas:

• Christina Brodeur – Senior Director, Head of SAM Client Engagement
• Kirk White – Senior Director, Head of SAM Operations
• Curt Spaugh – Senior Director, Head of Special Servicing   

Brodeur, White and Spaugh are industry veterans with strong track records of delivering exceptional client outcomes. They will report to Jablonski. All changes were made effective July 1.
