SitusAMC Appoints June Campbell Chief Financial Officer

New York, NY (01/12/2023) – SitusAMC, the leading provider of innovative, trusted solutions supporting the entire lifecycle of real estate finance, today announced the appointment of June Campbell as Chief Financial Officer, effective January 3, 2023.

Ms. Campbell brings significant financial leadership experience in the global financial services sector, and she will be responsible for leading the Company’s global finance organization. She joins SitusAMC from Ocwen Financial Corporation (NYSE: OCN), a leading non-bank mortgage servicer and originator, where she served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer since 2019. Prior to this role, she established herself as an operationally focused global finance leader at GE Capital, where she held multiple senior management positions in Finance, Operations, and Capital Markets during her more than 20-year career there.

June Campbell

June Campbell most recently served as Chief Financial Officer for Ocwen Financial Services, where she drove significant cost savings through enterprise-wide financial and operational productivity and efficiency initiatives, as well as fundamentally restructuring the Finance, Accounting, and Shareholder Relations functions.

Prior to Ocwen Financial, June spent more than 20 years at GE Capital serving in several senior leadership positions during her tenure at the company. As Managing Director, Global Capital Markets of GE Capital, Working Capital Solutions she expanded global distribution capabilities, grew the investor base and doubled volume. Prior to that, Ms. Campbell was Chief Operating Officer of GE Capital Canada, where she developed and transitioned the company to new operating and organizational structures. Previously she was Chief Financial Officer of GE Capital Canada’s Real Estate business, where she restructured the Finance function, completed and integrated a multi-billion dollar commercial and industrial real estate portfolio acquisition. Early in her career she held multiple positions in GE Capital Markets. She holds a BS from Simmons College and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago.
