SitusAMC Adds Ed Pratt as Managing Director, Head of Corporate Operations

New York, NY (09/01/2022) – SitusAMC, the leading provider of innovative, trusted solutions supporting the entire lifecycle of real estate finance, announced the hiring of Ed Pratt as the firm’s Managing Director, Head of Corporate Operations. In this newly created role, Mr. Pratt will focus on overseeing several key strategic initiatives and corporate projects involving both internal and external constituents. Mr. Pratt joined SitusAMC on August 15, 2022, and is reporting to Michael Franco, Chief Executive Officer. 

Mr. Pratt brings more than fifteen years of experience as an operational leader to SitusAMC. Prior to joining SitusAMC, Mr. Pratt served as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Mobomo, a software company specializing in digital transformation. Mr. Pratt has led operations at a number of highly respected organizations including BearingPoint, Inc., PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (PwC), and as a consultant at Willis Towers Watson. Mr. Pratt brings expert knowledge to SitusAMC in deploying strategic direction, transforming customer relations, developing and implementing rigorous processes, and driving a profitable outcome. Mr. Pratt also served in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Mr. Pratt holds a Master of Science Degree in Systems Analysis & Financial Management from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Master of Science Degree in Business Administration from Boston University.
