Governance

Strong corporate governance at SitusAMC is foundational to our integrity and effectiveness.

Our Board of Directors supervises the corporate strategy pertaining to corporate sustainability, whilst the executive leadership team oversees the execution. Independent committees pertaining to Enterprise Risk, Audit and Remuneration amongst others are key to the strength of our governance, and robust policies and procedures are embedded across all aspects of our organization thus providing us with confidence that our business practices are conducted ethically and transparently.

Corporate Sustainability Governance at SitusAMC

Our Board of Directors supervises the corporate strategy pertaining to sustainability and social responsibility. The board has consciously decided to keep the governance of these issues at the board level, as it considers these matters vital to the company's success. 

  • The Board is supported by the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the highest governance body responsible for the day-to-day operation of SitusAMC.  
  • The Board delegates responsibility to the ELT, via the CEO, to manage the organization's sustainability impacts.  
  • The Head of Corporate Sustainability works with different department heads to advance the Sustainability strategy and reports to the Chief Administration Officer (CAO) on the ELT.
