Our environmental sustainability strategy focuses on resource optimization and implementing effective solutions across our operations and value chain. Key priorities include strengthening our data collection, improving energy efficiency, expanding renewable energy use, and promoting sustainable building design. We aim to generate more robust and transparent insights compared to previous years and expand the scope of our reporting. These efforts are critical in helping us better understand our indirect emissions and identify targeted opportunities for reduction across our value chain.
These efforts align with UN SDGs: Affordable and Clean Energy, Sustainable cities & communities, Responsible Consumption and Production, and Climate Action.

Going Green
Launched in 2024, SitusAMC’s Going Green initiative under our Corporate Sustainability umbrella reflects our commitment to environmental leadership and alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Focused on education, engagement, and transparent climate communication, the initiative has helped embed sustainability into our culture and operations. With over 500+ employees now part of the going green under Corporate Sustainability community, we’ve seen a significant rise in engagement reinforcing our role in driving climate action and responsible business practices.
