SitusAMC Appoints Ji Won Sin as Head of CRE Client Services.

New York, NY (09/19/2023) – SitusAMC, the leading provider of innovative, trusted solutions supporting the entire lifecycle of real estate finance, today announced the appointment of Ji Won Sin as Senior Director, Head of Client Services for the firm’s Commercial Real Estate (CRE) division, effective September 11, 2023. This newly created role is a testament to SitusAMC’s position as a trusted partner to its clients and commitment to the continued delivery of exceptional outcomes. Ms. Sin is based out of SitusAMC’s New York office and will report directly to Head of CRE, Anne Jablonski.

In her role, Ms. Sin will be focused on enhancing support for SitusAMC’s institutional clients, including banking institutions, life insurance companies, and debt funds. She will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that elevate the client experience, as well as overseeing the delivery of services and overall client satisfaction.

Ms. Sin brings more than 20 years of CRE experience to SitusAMC. She is a proven real estate investment executive with deep expertise across all aspects of the investment cycle, including origination, credit underwriting, and asset management, as well as legal negotiations and structuring for investments in all major commercial real estate asset classes.

Ms. Sin joins SitusAMC from Sound Mark Partners, a  private equity firm and commercial real estate credit specialist, where she spent 10 years, serving most recently as Principal & Managing Director, Head of Origination & Chief Compliance Officer. She established herself as a CRE finance leader during her tenure at several large CRE services and finance firms including CBRE Global Investors, Newmark Knight Frank, Countrywide, and Metropolitan Funding Corporation. Ms. Sin began her career in law at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Ms. Sin holds a J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School and B.A. degree from Dickinson College. Ms. Sin is an admitted attorney in New York and holds a NY Real Estate Broker’s license.
