Parker Umsted

A CMBS subject matter expert, Parker Umsted serves as Senior Director and Head of Securitization at SitusAMC. Parker joined SitusAMC as a member of the Securitization team in March 2020 and assumed the role of Head of Securitization in July 2020. Parker brings 10+ years of experience working with some of the leading issuers and underwriters in the CMBS Securitization industry. As Head of Securitization, Parker works with and on behalf of leading CMBS issuers a variety of transactions, including CRE CLO’s, Conduits, and Single Asset Single Borrower transactions. Parker leads a team of industry professionals with diverse backgrounds and decades of CMBS Securitization experience. 

Prior to joining SitusAMC, Parker served as Director at Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Manager at KPMG. During his time there, Parker worked on the accounting diligence of CRE CLO, Conduit, Single Asset Single Borrower, and Agency CMBS Securitization transactions. Parker was tasked with growing the CMBS Securitization businesses through long term industry relationships and leverage of new and innovative technology solutions. Prior to Pricewaterhouse Coopers and KPMG, Parker held roles at M&T Bank covering Commercial Real Estate, Middle Market, Healthcare and Not for Profit loan origination.
